Subject matter expert and leader in the field of Program and Project management, Monitoring evaluation and learning of development Programs with extensive project analysis experience from the field and in Washington, D.C. My charge is ensuring that every dollar's result is accounted for. I have decades experience with USAID and State Department on project design, project management, performance management, learning and reporting efforts for over 100 USAID Field Missions. I have led educational, cultural and skill development efforts while working for State that strengthened the National Security efforts of these Agencies in bilateral Missions. As a passionate monitoring and evaluation specialist, coordinated program accountability and learning efforts for a $500 million plus annual development assistance portfolio for 5 technical teams (Health, HIV/AIDS, education, democracy and government (DG) and economic growth), in 4 sectors and implemented by more than 40 partners. Has over 20 years experience in the field of development assistance and public diplomacy. Spent over ten years of this coordinating field monitoring, performance management and reporting for a USAID Mission’s development assistance portfolio. Core competencies are in strategic planning, project design and monitoring and evaluation as well as academic and cultural exchanges. Have provided strong technical leadership and capacity building in these areas and functions as a “go to” person on technical M&E guidance. Was technical representative for 2 Mission’s $16.6 million monitoring and evaluation mechanism.
