About Joyce Grand

MEET JOYCE: As an International Coaching Federation Accredited Coach, I work with Executives and emerging Leaders to navigate change initiated by choice or chance. Change is inevitable but by embracing change they foster and nurture an environment of imagination, innovation and inspiration. EXECUTIVE COACH: I work with Executives as they assume greater responsibility by accepting a new or expanding an existing role. In addition, I serve as a thought partner when they are called upon to address critical issues such as mission drift, staff retention or downsizing. My clients learn to initiate and respond to change by embracing it. I leverage my coaching training, communication skills, and 25+ years of management experience to help them navigate change by developing their leadership capacity, improving performance and finding joy in the process. LEADERSHIP COACH: I work in partnership with emerging Leaders to chart their course for both professional and personal growth. WORKSHOP FACILITATION AND ASSESSMENTS: As an Authorized @ Wiley Everything DISC and The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team Partner, I administer individual and team assessments that will offer actionable insight into behavior and performance. I work with both individuals to maximize their potential and organizations to strengthen their talent. These tools can help an individual or team navigate change. Assessments can be administered on an individual basis or in a workshop setting. NONPROFIT CONSULTANT: I work with nonprofits striving to go from good to great. Managing change effectively offers them the ability to look at existing structures and adjust them to the current needs of the organization with an eye toward growth such as expanding their fund-raising initiatives, strengthening their Board of Directors, staffing and volunteer base. WHY WORK WITH ME: I know first-hand what it is like to lead an organization through periods of explosive growth, leadership transitions as well as sudden economic downturns.
