Communications professional with solid experience creating content, managing media projects (digital, traditional & print), implementing marketing strategies, and getting the job done. Embarrassing as it is to admit, as a child I was determined to be a pony when I grew up. To my mother’s encouragement, I was going to be the best young foal anyone could possibly be and absolutely nothing was going to deter me. Until. One day I arrived home to discover an interesting item on our dining room table. Inside the clear packaging was a periodical: sleek, vibrant and ultra cool. On its cover, a stunning urban photo emboldened with the most hypnotic hues. With that one issue of Travel & Leisure I was irrevocably hooked. Everything about it – its tone, aesthetic and flawless branding – transfixed me. No longer did I pine for equine-dom. I knew then and there that I was going to be a sharer of stories and a writer of words, and everything I’ve done since has been for the purpose of becoming a dynamic communicator. While the printed word remains my first love, I enjoy communicating via traditional (TV, radio, collateral), digital (web, social media, eDMs) and interpersonal means. In a nutshell: I help build brands, distill messaging, reach target goals, and get information out to the people who need to hear it.
