As co-founder of VonJoy Homes, and a Certified International Property Specialist® (CIPS), a designation obtained by only a hand full of agents in Atlanta, I lead a real estate team building a legacy of Integrity in our industry. VonJoy acts as your local expert and ambassador when you invest in real estate, for most, our greatest single financial investment. Therefore, understanding the significant impact of buying or selling a home on one’s personal, emotional, and financial life is crucial. For our clients this has proven to be invaluable when navigating through the process. Leveraging a keen cross-cultural awareness, we are able to have seamless communication with clients near or far (as my partner is fluent in German, Spanish, Portuguese) with a strategy that creates complete transparency. Our focus: 1. Locals who call Atlanta home (You and me -) 2. Foreign nationals (most of us) 3. X-pats relocating (corporate transfers) 4. Foreign investors (non-residents) Our success comes from the strong collaboration of partners that assist our clients with all aspects of the home buying or selling process, i.e: Attorneys, CPAs, Stagers, Photographers, Marketing guru’s, etc… We also focus on 'educating' the consumer by conducting corporate informational luncheons.
