About Juan MacLean

I am an experienced leader with a history of working in a large church, managing staff, and church planting in a dense urban context. I desire to serve and help lead young and emerging leaders in whole life development and cultural engagement. I hold a Bachelor of Arts and Science degree from Liberty University in Lynchburg, VA and a Masters of Divinity degree from the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, KY. I am a highly relational strategic thinker and a motivated self-starter with experience building new relationships and attaining goals while managing expectations and deadlines. I have a proven track record of being able to work independently with a high level of attention to detail; specializing in verbal and interpersonal communication skills, particularly toward advancing organizational health. I’ve managed staff and launched new initiatives to serve hundreds of families. As a consistent theme I've been told that I'm strong in areas of vision casting, communication, and leading. I'm eager to use my varied gifts and experiences to work alongside a team to support and encourage leaders and organizations. My experience in starting, leading, and developing others I believe, can be a helpful contribution to various kinds of work.
