I have a background in credit control which diversified to include change and project management. Whilst my last role at Aviva was as a credit control team manager responsible for collecting over £500M premium per year, I also have 10 years experience in managing process improvements and change. I have experience of both Agile and Waterfall project methodologies and was project owner for a major software build at Aviva. I'm now supporting Councillors at Norfolk County Council as I had reached a point in my career where I wanted to take on and experience a completely different role. I left Aviva at the end of 2018 after 31 years working within the insurance industry. I am looking forward to the next phase in my career, using my skills and contributing in a different industry.
