I coach who experience fireworks within the team to figure out what it is that ignites. We will be having an honest conversation, with the team ànd the teamleader. After a trajectory with me the team will feel more calmness, experience mutual trust and a joint enthusiasm to start the fireworks in a positive way- I coach who struggle to find time for themselves. In the trinity “work-family-self” they always find themselves at the end. After a trajectory with me they will make the right choices in dividing their time and energy, without feeling guilty. They will feel peace and calmness for themselves, are more vividly involved in their children(’s world) and work energetically in and on their company. The trinity has shifted the other way: self-family-work (or self-work-family)- I also develop and supervise cultural change programs, mainly focused on psychological safety- I have a set of tools available to help you and your team grow, and being the ones I find most valuable in almost every situation.
