About Juli Jajuli

With over 15 years of experience in Corporate Communications at PT DAHANA, I have built a solid track record in developing and managing strategic communication initiatives and external relations. Starting as a Public Relations Manager, I contributed to enhancing the company's reputation through impactful communication strategies. I hold a certification as a Public Relations Manager from the Indonesian Professional Certification Authority (BNSP), and have been honored with several prestigious accolades, including the INSAN PR Indonesia Award and a nomination for Corcom BUMN of The Year—recognition of my dedication to creating meaningful impact in the communications industry. My career journey continued as the Senior Manager of Legal & Corporate Communication, where I oversaw corporate communications, legal affairs, and corporate governance. Currently, I serve as the General Manager of Human Capital Management at PT DAHANA, focusing on talent development, work culture, and sustainable HR systems. Beyond my professional role, I am actively involved in the BUMN Public Relations Forum (Forum Humas BUMN), having served for three consecutive terms in the area of Internal Communications. I also enjoy sharing motivational and inspirational content through my personal platform, Seruput Kopi Panas, as a way to inspire and uplift others.
