I've contributed to significant improvements in system performance and design. My proficiency lies not only in optimizing systems but also in product management, solution design, design and user journey mapping. Designing and stewarding new products to release is my special interest—especially when out-of-the-box solutions fall short. In collaboration with my colleagues at AMS, we've harnessed innovative practices to realize quick gains and pivot towards enhanced customer outcomes. My role as a Program Manager is rooted in a passion for building systems that work and optimizing tools to maximize outcomes, increase revenue and inspire entrepreneurship across the business.
