I am a highly motivated individual with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with Honours, driven by a deep commitment to making a positive impact on the mental health and well-being of individuals. My academic journey paired with my professional roles has equipped me with a comprehensive understanding of human behaviour, cognition, and emotional well-being. As a fervent advocate for mental health, I have actively engaged in initiatives aimed at raising awareness, reducing stigma, and promoting mental health literacy. Through my experiences, I have had the privilege of supporting and empowering individuals on their mental health journeys. Ψ I hold empathy and integrity as my highest values, and will always show kindness above all else. My journey continues as I succeed in my role at Lambton College's Lion's Mind: Peer Wellness Collective as Outreach Campus and Community Coordinator & Peer Lead. Ambition: Collaborating with others to create a world where mental health is prioritized, and individuals are empowered on their wellness journeys.
