About Julia Caussin

Have you noticed how everything is always changing? Just when you think you’re done: bam! A change is called for. Developing new processes or changing existing ones: it’s often an obligation rather than a wish. In inquisitive discourse I find out how change is possible, with as little pain and as many benefits as possible. Additionally, I will deliver readable documentation in Dutch or English. But not until the solution has been proved successful! The last 10 years I have earned my stripes in higher education. First in Rotterdam and now at Delft University of Technology. Quality assurance, quality control, educational logistics, curriculum changes and regulatory affairs are topics I have mastered to a high degree. But I also know that there are no one-size-fits-all solutions. I enjoy finding out with and for you how things can be done differently, or even better: how they can be improved. Preferably in a sociable setting and with a sense of humour. I have done this successfully at research universities and at a university of applied science and if you like, I will do it in your organisation. Are you curious to see what I have handled up to now?
