About Julia Enderink

A little over 6 years ago I made the choice to take a plane that would take me to the other side of the world. I had been living in The Netherlands until the age of 17 and just conquered 6 years of toplevel high school education. When the opportunity arose to combine my passion in tennis, with a higher level of education, I figured I had to give it a shot. Thus, my new home for the next 4 years of my life became Auburn University at Montgomery, in the very south of The United States.The culture shock was real, as real as the impact these years have made on my life. Apart from the possibility to enjoy a fried cheesecake, the South has brought me many lessons, qualities, lifelong connections and a paper that reads 'Bachelor's Degree in Psychology'. It mainly opened my eyes to how big the world is and taught me to always stay open minded. Adaptation, perseverance and the ability to connect even with so much diversity were some key qualities that it taught me.A year at home gave me time to focus more on tennis, while also gaining some working experience here and there.At this time I was given the chance to move to Rome where I could have a year full of tennis and education once again. The only thing I knew was that I would be able to keep playing tennis while pursuing a master's degree in Sport Management & Coaching. With a recently developed interest of working in the sport's industry, I decided to follow my heart and take another plane. During my last year in Rome I learned, among other things, how important sport was for me and for the people around me. This is why I'm currently so excited to find work that can make a meaningful impact on people's lives through sports as it did for me.Sport, travel, connecting and sharing experiences. Being part of the creation of international, impactful sport events is my current vision. I'm open to all opportunities, possibilities and connections so feel free to reach out to me!
