Hi, my name is Julia I help leaders live with awareness and lead with empathy. Trust me, wherever you are, I've been there (twice). Here’s how my journey went- Crushed deadlines. Nailed promotions- Built and scaled teams. Made an impact. Became an executive- Coached people from associate to exec, thinking, “This is it!” From the outside, everything looked “ideal.” But inside? A quiet “Is this really it?” kept echoing. So I paused. Not the fake pause where you take a yoga class and answer emails in Savasana. A real one. I dove deep into mindfulness, breathwork, nervous system healing, inner child work (hello exiled parts), and every spiritual tool that was out there. And guess what happened? I finally came home to myself. Through the pause. The breath. The truth I’d been too busy to hear.
