Background
About Julia Oconnor
Charity and Not for Profit Communications | Internal & External | A creative thinker who isn't afraid to voice ideas and try new ways of doing things.I have 25 years + experience within in-house marketing and communications roles, getting experience initially within the private sector and following my calling when the time was right to move into the charity /not for profit and social enterprise space.A people person, I love to connect with others and understand their story and what makes them tick. I'm an authentic person, so motivated by working with change makers and knowing that I'm using my personal and professional skills towards making a positive change. In my spare time I'm learning what it takes to lovingly restore an unloved heritage property into a family home and I am one of the co-creators of a small literary festival.
