Hello there! My name is Julia Schnurbusch and I am an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter with a proven track record in talent acquisition and relationship-building. Passionate about leveraging innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent and contribute to the success of dynamic organizations.I graduated from Southeast Missouri State University in 2018 with a Bachelors of Science in Fashion and Consumer Studies and a minor in Business Management. Why did I pursue a degree in Fashion and Consumer studies? It was less about fashion and more about a curiosity on how and why specific products and trends appeal to customers. I quickly realized, I'm not a big city girl and I didn't want to move to NY or LA to pursue a career in Merchandising. This pushed me to find a new passion and figure out where I could leverage my strengths outside of merchandising. which led me to recruiting! Right before graduating, I was introduced to the Recruiting and Staffing world. The thought of being a matchmaker for business professionals seemed exciting and challenging at the same time. Now, I network with people everyday, build relationships, and help people find career opportunities they are passionate about!
