I have been involved in various projects and experiences that have allowed me to develop a diverse skill set, combining my interests in sports, business, and personal growth. These experiences have shaped my understanding of leadership, mentorship, and strategic thinking. I have worked extensively with young athletes, creating personalized development plans that focus on mindset, accountability, and physical training. This role has strengthened my ability to connect with others, adapt communication strategies, and inspire growth. I’ve also supported athletes in improving their baseball skills and navigating recruitment opportunities. Previously, I was involved in early discussions for a baseball facility project in Kelowna, which provided valuable experience in conflict resolution, professional relationship management, and strategic planning. In addition to my coaching background, I have experience in baseball journalism and managing a social media page dedicated to the sport. This has helped me build skills in content creation, communication, and audience engagement. Beyond my involvement in sports, I have explored my interests in economics, politics, and human geography. As a Business Management student at UBC Okanagan, I have gained a strong foundation in business strategy and critical thinking. I am deeply interested in understanding social and economic systems, and I actively seek ways to apply this knowledge in practical settings. Which I apply both in my professional work and in my broader interest in investing and financial growth. This academic background has equipped me with strong analytical skills and an understanding of social dynamics, which I’ve applied in my thesis exploring the historical, social, and economic impacts of immigration in Canada.
