I’m a Data Management Analyst at Schroders, passionate about bridging the gap between data and business. With experience in Asset Management, a First-Class BSc in Mathematics and formal training in data analytics, I bring a strong technical foundation and a sharp eye for data quality, governance, and value creation.At Schroders, I support the Public Markets business by gathering and prioritising data requirements, improving data accessibility, and guiding stakeholders in adopting curated data products through Collibra and modern data platforms.At JHI, I contributed to key data governance projects - supporting the integration of acquired firms, verifying multi-fund security exposures, and aligning legacy data with our certified strategic data warehouse using SQL and Snowflake. I collaborate across stakeholders, from data teams to executives, to ensure data is accurate, trusted, and usable at scale.My early career in youth justice helped me build strong interpersonal skills - listening, building trust, and navigating complex situations.
