About Julie Cramer

I have spent my entire career creating, implementing and enforcing processes, bringing order to inefficiency. So it’s no secret that I have a penchant for detail and organization. What motivates me most is being able to use my detail-oriented nature to help those who work alongside me. After my introduction to customer relationship management platforms, I took a vested interest in learning how to take the program beyond the basics to yield more efficiencies. I quickly became the resident expert on the software programs and tools that we used at CineMassive, and was affectionately known as Sherlock Holmes at Georgia Power Federal Credit Union. Resourceful by nature, I always found a way to get the job done for challenges that offered no clear path toward a solution.
