Regional Director of the Beedie Asset Management team responsible for a robust industrial portfolio of 6 million sq. ft, with a varied mix of office, light & heavy industrial, the 100+ year old relic of Parker Street Studios & the incomparable Kingsgate Mall. Previously a Senior Property Manager with Westbank, where I worked closely with the Director of Asset Management in the development of new projects, as well as preparing capital improvement projects for existing properties. With a focus on brand development and community building, I worked closely with community groups, the project development team and tenant representatives to bring a localised improvement to each and every property. Prior to Westbank, I was a Property Manager at Bastion Development Corporation from 2007 to 2015. My role as Property Manager involved the coordination and administration of various commercial and residential properties in Vancouver. I was responsible for the administration of all lease documentation and marketing, leasing, maintaining and managing these properties. This position overlapped with assistance in the property development department allowing me to be involved in the development and sale of multiple mixed-use buildings, most notably Westpoint, Pulse and Main. My experience led to an interest in housing policy, sustainable development and environmental stewardship within the development community.
