About Julienne Baron

I have over 30 years’ experience in negotiating Mergers and Acquisitions and commercial transactions. I have supported portfolio activity from concept to completion in more than 45 different countries and have had exposure to many different legal systems and business cultures globally. I have worked on both private company and public company transactions and negotiated with multinationals, trading houses, private equity, governments, international organisations, family owned companies, major resource holders and entrepreneurs throughout Europe, Russia, the United States, Asia, Middle East and Africa. I established Mijore Advisory to provide advisory services and customised training packages to help companies and individuals navigate the complexity of M&A. I am passionate about ensuring that the people I work with are fully equipped to anticipate issues, manage risks, negotiate effectively and preserve value in their M&A transactions. I focus on asking the right questions and covering all of the relevant issues around factors that could impact a transaction. No two transactions or counterparties are the same, and I enjoy the challenge of addressing the unique features of every deal. I have written and delivered M&A core competency programs for lawyers, finance professionals and business people throughout my career and designed know-how and training programs on a range of topics for M&A practitioners. I am a commercial lawyer admitted in both England and Australia.
