I am an accomplished and versatile leader of Benefits, Compensation, HRIS, and Payroll with extensive experience. I specialize in implementing end to end planning and extensive solid hands-on management experience with a successful track record of training, motivating and coaching compensation, benefits and payroll department employees to obtain maximum performance and increase bottom-line profits for the company. I am also versed in all facets and levels of Qualified and Non-Qualified plan design and compliance, Defined Benefit, Defined Contribution, Non-Qualified Deferred Compensation, Supplemental Executive Retirement Plan, Stock Options and Employee Stock Purchase (EGTRAA, 409A, 401(k), 403b, PPA.) Refined and redirected a total rewards philosophy which correlated closely to pay-for-performance and company rewards philosophy to meet business needs. I also developed and maintained training programs and end-user resources.
