About Justin Casipit

My role as a Strength and Conditioning Coach & Trainer is to offer safe and effective training programs and guidance towards individuals who are looking to improve their health, wellness, performance, and function. I address specific individual needs, assist in setting and achieving personal goals, assess strength and movement patterns, and create each individual program accordingly. I assist individuals in executing movements, exercises, and patterns safely and proficiently. I have been working as a certified personal trainer for close to 10 years, and have been personally experienced in the gym for 20+ years. I have earned my Bachelor's of Science Degree in Kinesiology with a Concentration in Health and Wellness Promotion from the University of Illinois at Chicago. I have earned my certificate in Personal Training through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). I also received a Master's of Science Degree in Applied Exercise Science with a Concentration in Strength and Conditioning from Concordia University. I specialize in fat loss, strength gain, mobility, functional training, bodyweight training, bodybuilding, and powerlifting. I played multiple sports growing up including basketball, football, and track and field. I also have competed in bodybuilding. I aspire to help as many individuals as I can. I love my clientele and seeing the drastic changes one can make in every aspect of their life through fitness. I believe I am helping people change their lives and future.
