About Justin Pugh

The technology field is an extremely fast-paced, ever changing field. To succeed, one must be able to constantly grow, adapt, and improve their skills. I have always been a determined, hard-working individual. When faced with a problem, I am able to implement creative solutions. Even when I don't immediately know the answer, I am able to diagnose and resolve issues by taking a logical approach. I work hard to achieve the best possible outcomes in everything that I work on, not just in my career, but in life. One of my strengths that helps make this a reality is my ability to communicate with others, including non-technical people, in a positive way. I am also constantly looking to improve and learn, which, coupled with my customer service background, has allowed me to work effectively in many different I.T. roles. I look forward to continuing to grow in the technology field, and believe that my experience at all levels, from help desk to system administration, will continue to be a valuable asset.
