About Justine Evans

Armed with a management and administrative background, Justine is highly organized and is an advocate for constantly seeking improvement and on-going learning. Originally from New Zealand, Justine moved to Perth when she was 20 years old. She met her Fremantle-born husband three years later and they soon married. Within a couple of years they moved to New Zealand so they would be near Justine's family and eventually raise five children. For 19 years Justine was a stay-at-home mum, but this didn't stop her from delving into the residential property world and purchasing eight properties during that time. Taking a page from her father's building trade, she discovered a love of renovating and acquired skills to turn a lemon into lemonade.(Mitre10 and Bunnings has long been her favourite stores.) She even completed a years practical studies in Block and Brick laying, Tiling, and Paving. When she and her husband decided to move the family back to Perth, they sold everything. Of course, they don't speak of the "what if they had kept those properties"- number one rule of property, never ever ever sell! Now that the children were mostly grown, Justine sought a job where she has been happily employed for the last ten years. During that time she had the opportunity to complete long-desired studies and earned a Diploma in Interior Design, three Business Certificates, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Business Management. Having had 30 years experience in leading volunteer groups, she knows how to draw out the best in people and believes everybody has potential for greatness. Known for her naturally calm disposition, she has the innate ability to influence others to work with confidence under pressure. She loves to help people and is often referred to as the "go-to" person. She finds the best moments of her day have resulted in helping someone have a good, positive experience. In her spare time she likes to dabble in home renovation and furniture revivals, and quite enjoys creating websites. She is a strong advocate for education, learning, and finding those win/win situations. Her happiest moments have been in the past year, where she has fallen completely in love with three little granddaughters.
