In my role as ATS Program Lead I am responsible for a cross-functional team, I develop and execute strategy plans, while reducing operational complexity and accelerating growth. I have a strong financial acumen with experience in developing strategic plans aligned to long-term goals. In my current role I translate data insights into actionable recommendations and drive for their execution. I have experience in developing executive level presentations. I am passionate about coaching, continuous learning and innovation. I have been certified as Scrum Product Owner and Elevate coach. I have built and maintained strong networks with internal and external partners across multiple regions and cultures.
