Diverse, resilient, adaptable, tenacious, resourceful and determined have been used to describe me. Self-made, I have created my reality through hard work and dedication. First in my family to attend university, I moved quickly through the corporate ranks of an international firm and then started my own business to provide support to small and mid-sized businesses, bringing best practices from large corporations and adapting them. My core skills center around process improvement and organization with a focus on outcomes and developing the steps to achieve them. A background in customer service with fortune companies gave me exposure to my aspects of the corporate hierarchy, strong communications skills and exposure to the international business market that allows me to communicate well with different cultures. I am told my interest in graphic arts and design, computers gadgets and technology and knowing my way around a construction site (and ability to handle a nail gun and chop saw) make me diverse and multifaceted-"Juvi Schroth is amazing both virtually and in living color.
