I have worked at Medcom Benefit Solutions for 6 years, starting in Customer Service. I moved to the Account Management Team in March of 2017. In my current position I am responsible for assisting insurance brokers and client HR managers with the administration of our flexible spending accounts, health reimbursement arrangements and health savings accounts. While working through Randstad Temporary Staffing, I was part of the Vendor Administration Support Team some of my responsibilities included. Supporting activities related to the credentialing of vendor firms and personnel. I also performed operational processes related to adjuster deployments including system access.
