With over 15 years of experience in design and product development, I’m currently Head of Product Development for Denim and Leisure Trousers, leading the end-to-end creation process from concept to finished product. I oversee product development, pattern making, and technical R&D — ensuring alignment from idea to execution across functions and teams. Beyond my core area, I also provide guidance across our main product groups — Denim & Leisure Trousers, Outerwear, and Jersey — with the aim of streamlining the function, securing process harmonization, and ensuring the early adoption of best practices across all teams. I believe in strong cross-functional collaboration that drives shared goals, efficiency, and long-term value creation.
