About Kaleb Sutherland

I'm a nonprofit leader building effective systems to drive social change. I currently direct a large international leadership development program that is growing access to higher education, internationalizing campuses, and forming globally-connected leaders. I also co-founded and direct operations for a local performing arts and social impact nonprofit, where I serve as a solo Salesforce Administrator. I've grown impact alongside nonprofits and educational institutions, both locally and globally. My current work spans leadership development, grantmaking, higher education, international student services, program operations, arts management, social change, and nonprofit technology solutions. I'm a systems thinker with a heart for constituent relationships, and so I'm always looking for ways to serve our stakeholders with more efficiency, accuracy, intuition, and personalized kindness. I've been lucky to see the nonprofit and education worlds from many vantage points: grassroots human services, international community development, volunteer recruiting, arts management, fundraising, program evaluation, and even classroom teaching. I have expertise in planning/monitoring/evaluation/learning frameworks, project management, curriculum design and adult learning, strategic planning, student advising, budget management, university partnerships, gender equity and LGBTQIA+ initiatives, advocacy, and internationalization of higher education. And I have skills in some of the top tools that nonprofits use to get all this work done: Fluxx, Mailchimp, Squarespace, Stripe, Google Suite, Microsoft Suite, Workday, and Salesforce (I'm a Salesforce Certified Administrator and working on my Nonprofit Cloud Consultant cert). I'm detail-oriented, systems-minded, fiercely collaborative, and always learning.in service of a more connected and equitable world.
