As AI Data Analytics Manager within Parallon’s Automation Center of Excellence (ACOE), I sit at the intersection of automation strategy, data science, and financial impact. I lead the development of end-to-end reporting frameworks that quantify automation ROI, measure FTE savings, and bring visibility to the true value of digital transformation initiatives. With deep expertise in Power BI, SQL, and automation analytics, I build and maintain dashboards that allow executive teams to track impact in real time, driving data-backed decisions across all business units. I partner with Strategic Resource Teams (SRTs), SMEs, and IT leaders to validate time studies, reconcile value assumptions, and support the automation lifecycle from concept to production. Beyond reporting, I architect financial models that support automation pipeline prioritization and ensure alignment with enterprise goals. I also manage our team’s centralized SharePoint and analytics environment, serve as the builder of our internal automation tools, and champion data clarity across the ACOE. This role is more than metrics — it’s about ensuring every automation tells a story of measurable success, operational lift, and strategic growth.
