Background

About Kamel Alsaadi

I run complex humanitarian and social-impact programs with a simple operating rule: listen to communities, instrument the work, and deliver. Over the last decade with NRC, UNOPS, IOM and IRC, I’ve blended AAP/CFM, program management and analytics to turn feedback into action — from field distribution lines to donor dashboards. In my largest portfolios, I’ve supported projects valued over $13M, aligning teams, vendors and reporting so delivery is faster, cleaner and more accountable. How I add value Accountability → Action: Turn community feedback into clear fixes, SOPs and measurable improvements. Delivery Discipline: Plan, risk-manage and de-block cross-functional work so programs land on time and on budget. Data that works: From Excel automation to lightweight dashboards, I reduce reporting friction and decision lag. Selected scope Programs with values up to $13M; multi-country, multi-stakeholder environments (NRC, UNOPS, IOM, IRC). If your organization wants programs that respect community voice and deliver reliably, let’s talk.
