About Kami Craig

I serve as an executive performance coach at Mindful Warrior, where I combine my deep knowledge of fostering high-trust cultures with an instinct for leading high-performance teams. I specialize in training C-suite executives to excel in coordinating and disseminating information under intense pressure. My coaching expertise extends to helping leaders build confidence and master communication skills, especially in complex, ambiguous, and fast-paced environments. Clients often engage my services to navigate transitions, as I listen intently, pose insightful questions, and guide them toward the next phase of their aspirations. My achievements as a thirteen-year veteran of the U.S. Women’s National Water Polo Team, a three-time Olympian, and a two-time gold medalist have deeply enriched my work as a performance coach. As a certified Neuro Transformational Coach, I seamlessly integrate Mindful Warrior’s unique coaching approach and culture design with my training from the Co-Active Training Institute, the Center for Council, BeAbove Leadership, Positive Intelligence Program, and the Diversity and Resiliency Institute of El Paso. I’m also an alumna of the Core Leadership for Educators program, an invitation-only, mindfulness-based residential leadership program for globally minded leaders. My diverse experience allows me to guide leaders through complex performance challenges. I lead workshops designed to cultivate shared agreements, practices, and consciousness that foster more diverse, equitable, and inclusive cultures. Beyond coaching, my talents extend into public speaking and leadership. I’ve delivered talks to corporate leaders, university groups, and youth athletes across the nation. I also maintain a prominent national presence as a popular sports broadcaster, covering both men’s and women’s Pac-12, Big West, and USA water polo games. My accomplishments in water polo have given me the privilege of being recognized among some of the sport’s top players. I was the number one college recruit in the nation and secured a silver medal at the 2008 Beijing Olympics, followed by gold medals at the London (2012) and Rio (2016) Olympics. I’ve won gold medals in three World Championships, three Pan American Games Championships, and two World Cup Championships. I’m proud to be the first woman to win the prestigious Pete Cutino Award in consecutive years, a distinction that highlights my excellence in collegiate sport.
