An Instructional Designer with over 10 years' experience, I enjoy designing and developing technical and soft skills training. Additionally, I'm a professional Corporate Trainer skilled at designing innovative solutions that engage learners and support the achievement of business goals. I have an exceptional ability to analyze client needs and challenges. Together we determine if training is the answer. If so, I design innovative training, and implement solutions that will change behavior, improve performance, and benefit individuals, teams, and the organization. In the past, I've developed technical training for data analytics software, leadership and sales training using Whole Brain® Thinking, university level courses, and professional development for individuals, teams, and leaders on conflict management, resilience, and coaching methods. No matter the industry or topic area, I apply my strategic capabilities to develop and map curriculum through research and collaboration with subject matter experts.
