Hi, I’m Kari Fulmek. I created Equine Connection - The Academy Of Equine Assisted Learning with three passions. I wanted to work with horses - but not in the traditional riding instructor/trainer type-of-way. I wanted to help people and give them the opportunity to make a change within their own lives. I wanted to help others be able to live the same fulfilling life that I built for myself! Ultimately, in a nutshell, I’ve been an entrepreneur since birth and didn’t find my dream career until I was 40. Once I had started this journey, I was so in love with it. I had looked through every magazine - read all the books - trying to figure out, “How the heck do I work with horses and help people, without it being about riding?” That path just wasn’t the one for me. The certification I had originally obtained had nothing relevant that would help me market my business. I was alone - no support - and no materials to help me move forward. That’s how the basis of Equine Connection was created. I wanted to ensure that others wouldn’t go through the same struggles I had - and didn’t have to spend the thousands of dollars in research and development. That’s why in this Equine Connection Horse Certification, not only is it researched and proven by 3 Canadian Universities, but we are most proud of this astonishing certification as it is unique amongst equine-assisted learning certifications as we've created a certification reliable in helping you to be successful! Business package with marketing, entrepreneur training, videos, verbiage, pictures, social media - and that’s only the start. The welfare of the horse is #1, as we do not use horses in this certification -we provide in-depth training for how the horse partners with you. FREE training for the life of your career - As long as you are a Certified Facilitator, you are welcome back to ANY of our Certifying locations to get more practice, learning and knowledge! Getting certified is the first step, but “aftercare” is equally, if not more important. We make sure that you aren’t left hanging or on your own!
