My focus is helping strengthen program integrity and ensuring healthcare organizations operate in alignment with regulatory standards.My background includes 15+ years in healthcare operations and revenue cycle leadership, where I focused on improving operational performance, strengthening compliance, and optimizing systems to support both providers and patients. Experience across clinical operations, revenue cycle management, and healthcare analytics has shaped my approach: balancing big-picture systems thinking with strong attention to detail.I am also a Certified Professional Coder (CPC) through the AAPC, bringing a deep understanding of documentation accuracy, coding integrity, and the operational realities behind healthcare data.My commitment to healthcare is also personal. As the parent of a daughter with complex medical needs—and now helping care for aging parents—I’ve experienced firsthand the challenges families face navigating care coordination and healthcare coverage.
