About Karin Goude

Karin is considered a jack of all trades. She is highly skilled in customer relations, public speaking, team building, organization, leadership development, administrative assistance, and communication & marketing. She displays exceptional leadership and relationship-building skills as well as the ability to drive process improvement and personnel development. Along with exceptional organizational skills, Karin brings insights gained through diverse work experience in California’s Bay Area as well as in the Richmond, Virginia area, where she moved in 2016. Karin has served in leadership development and administration of young adult ministries, as General Manager of a multi-million-dollar San Francisco bakery, and designer of digital and print media. She is experienced in grant writing, event planning, public speaking, content design, fundraising, spiritual formation, communications, training and development, and hospitality. Away from the office, she applies her passion for music and her experience as a musician and performer to her role as a worship leader at Second Baptist Church of Richmond.
