CPC Refresher TM course 2022 With more than thirty years in the transport & Logistics industry driving trucks all over the U.K. & Eastern and Western Europe, fridges tautliners & step frame / exhibition trailers. Walking Floor trailers, logging, food tankers, I have held positions of transport/depot manager, operations manager, running fleets of more than 150 trucks and trailers into Europe & the U.K. fleet planning, dealing with suppliers, main dealers, 3tp suppliers, Tyre Companies, budgeting and cost reduction, and maintaining the yearly budget, route planning and vehicle maintenance schedules, with a team of 23 employees, I have knowledge of import and export documentation procedures, vast knowledge of the logistics and transport industry including time sensitive deliveries, home delivery, palletised deliveries, warehouse deliveries, groupage loads, KPI’S, costing and budgeting, inc cost reductions, vehicle purchasing, fleet maintenance schedules, tachograph analysis and drivers hours regulations, general running of the warehouse and staff, health and safety issues, staffing levels and disciplinary procedures, I am also computer literate in word and excel.
