I am currently a Development Product Owner with USAA Claims Modernization. I started my career with USAA Policy Services in January of 2010. It is great to have a well-rounded knowledge of the many products and solutions USAA offers our members. I accepted a position in property claims, and stayed in Property from July 2010 to March 2024. My last project with property was MODel office as a Senior Property adjuster, helping transition into Guidewire claims center and launching USAA into the next century of claims. I attended Arizona State University and graduated with my Bachelor of Science in Criminology with a minor in Psychology in May 2009. During my last semesters with ASU, I interned with the Juvenile Department of Corrections as a mentor for 6 months. I also have a second Bachelors of Science degree with Utah State University in Communicative Disorders and Deaf Education in December 2015 where I completed an internship to receive my Speech Language Pathology Assistant Certificate.
