I am an experienced Project Manager and leader with a passion for: 1. CONNECTING people around an idea and working together to see it to fruition I focus on leading collaboratively and cultivating an environment of innovation, accountability, and growth. I liken my experience to putting together a puzzle: I set the vision for what success looks like in the completion of a project and unite stakeholders in order to reach the goal. I have facilitated the onboarding of operational teams by holding stakeholders accountable to the smooth implementation of workflows that ensure high quality outcomes and drive customer success. COACHING others in their growth goals to reach their full potential As others interact with me, I desire for them to be awakened to all that they can accomplish individually and as a team. Mentoring and coaching bring me great satisfaction and I have experience teaching skills related to data analysis, time management, communication, presenting, and project management. CREATING procedures and tools that enable teams and organizations to monitor success I have in-depth experience leading complex strategic and expedited projects for global cross-functional teams. Early in my career, I participated in piloting new service ideas which gave me the desire to solve new business problems and optimize existing processes. I am energized by opportunities to create structures that improve efficiency and increase stakeholder alignment. I have accomplished this by developing and implementing change management frameworks across global operational teams. Key Accomplishments-Coordinated the establishment of five new internal and vendor operations teams and supported the growth of a vendor team from 150 people to over people over the course of two years-Developed and implemented an incubation framework for testing new service ideas, creating process efficiencies, and outlining the long term impact of scaling those services.
