I am a dedicated and detail-oriented Assessment and Examination Coordinator with over 15 years of experience in academic assessment, exam administration, and education quality management—primarily in the health sciences sector. Currently serving at the College of Medicine, King Saud bin Abdulaziz University for Health Sciences (KSAU-HS) in Jeddah, I played a key role in establishing the College’s Assessment Unit and continue to provide strategic and operational leadership in exam planning, psychometric analysis, and student assessment systems. My strengths lie in building and streamlining processes, ensuring the validity and reliability of assessments, and facilitating collaborative academic environments. I also bring a strong background in educational technologies, including student information systems, LMS (Blackboard), and digital item banks. With dual Master’s degrees in Information Technology and Business Administration, I bring both technical acumen and administrative insight to educational leadership roles. My past experience in leadership training, workshop facilitation, and staff development adds a versatile edge to my profile. I take pride in supporting academic excellence, maintaining quality standards, and continuously improving assessment practices in higher education.
