About Kasra Karami

I am an architect/artist that works in both professions.I have worked in the concept design and design development phases at several architecture offices, and collaborated with more throughout individual projects. I also have a focus on architecture representation and how to present offices and projects for different purposes. I designed booklets for realstate agencies, presentations for architecture talks, posters for many competitions, and visual materials for architecture websites. I have also studied playwriting in a drama school to be able to write narratives that present architecture ideas and wrote a couple of articles for magazines. My background also includes working as assistant curator and curator for different art/ architecture exhibitions. I have worked as assistant curator for a contemporary art gallery, and co-curated three architecture exhibitions in Luxembourg and Germany.I am an artist and art enthusiast who loves to draw, sketch and paint. I learnt drawing in several art schools and private classes (mostly Kanoon schools) and had the pleasure of teaching in an art class for children and helping as a teacher assistant for architecture sketching at my bachelors university.
