About Kate Buckle

I am an ESL Teacher and Head of Creative at Intrepid English. I have been teaching English as a second language since 2016 and love communicating with people from all over the world. I have experience of teaching in-person and online, from preschool age and upwards. ‍ I love making ESL content which is inclusive, accessible and fun in the form of online courses, blog posts and social media content. I create materials on a range of topics including English grammar, vocabulary, business English, exam preparation and general English. I am a skilled copywriter and my current role at Intrepid English encompasses email marketing, social media, writing and editing of the Intrepid English Blog, podcast and creation of other promotional materials. Writing and travel are two of my greatest passions and I have published work in a number of online travel magazines. An animal and nature lover since childhood, I love hiking, The Great Outdoors and animals (especially whales and tigers). I am currently residing in Mérida, Mexico.
