About Kate Juniper

I'm a serial entrepreneur, a certified trauma-informed somatic coach, book writing coach, energy healer, and mental health advocate with an MA in English literature and a passion for creating psychologically-safe spaces for sustainable personal and collective evolution. I support women and non-binary folks to overcome the darkness of their pasts, embrace their innately creative and courageous nature, and create their unique and critical contributions to the healing and betterment of the world, whether it be by writing a book, building a business, creating a movement, or simply by carving out a better quality of life for themselves and, by extension, their families and their wider communities. With deep respect and recognition for the many ways that societal power structures systemically oppress marginalized groups, I remain a firm believer, having experienced and largely overcome decades of CPTSD as a survivor of sexual abuse, that we have immense power to (re)create our realities,(re)shape our environments, and be(come) the architects of our own existence — to a far greater degree than we tend to feel or have been led to believe. By supporting people who believe that all beings deserve a healthier, happier future to overcome their personal demons and *truly* believe in their personal power to create change healthily, sustainably, and consistently over time, we stand to create meaningful and lasting impact for generations to come. With a somatic "bottom-up" approach to personal healing, I teach individual clients and organizations to create the emotional, psychological, spiritual and physiological infrastructure that every human needs to overcome the obstacles life presents them with — from a place of personal power, inherent dignity, and triumphant resilience. As global challenges and pressures mount, we need effective, empathic, and humanistic guidance, leadership, and problem-solving to build a hopeful future for us all. By empowering women and non-binary folks who experience the most acute effects of systemic extraction, oppression, and violence to believe in their value and pursue their creative visions, we create the possibility for wide-reaching healing and compassionate changemaking — spearheaded by conscious, collectively-minded and KIND people, for the people.
