As a career coach, I am reminded every day that it is the simple joys that bring us a sense of purpose – what brings you joy throughout your day? How can you ensure you’re doing more of THAT and less of those tasks/responsibilities that end up decreasing your engagement at your job, in relationships and ultimately life? Known for providing balanced hard-nosed feedback and candor with support through challenging times. Exceptionally skilled at calibrating my approach, I believe in the value of helping people find direction and feel supported during an often emotional time of their lives. I use my first love of teaching, and my own experience of moving through an eclectic work history, as my foundation to coach my clients on how to best find and prepare for new opportunities.
