About Kate Merrick

I provide 1-on-1 and team coaching, leadership development, facilitation, and advocacy-focused evaluation consulting with a singular purpose: to help mission-driven businesses and values-led individuals better understand and connect with their current and potential collaborators, teams, communities, clients, audiences, and—importantly—themselves. I truly believe that the most transformative workplaces are those deeply committed to ongoing individual, team, and organizational growth, learning, and development. I also believe this can only happen with deep care, accountability, and an openness to repairing harms. In short, seeing and nurturing the incredible *humanness* in one another. I work alongside clients to turn the focus inward, ask the right questions, listen with intention, illuminate what's hidden, deepen self-awareness, apply emotional intelligence, develop inclusive strategies, and find the right tools for relationship-building across divides. Equal parts coach, facilitator, evaluator, strategist, creative, and change-maker, I am committed to getting to know you and your needs through relationship-building and authentic curiosity.
