Currently, I lead a remote and hybrid team of supervisors and associates at Crash Champions, where I’ve played a key role in the successful merger of call centers, built out scalable reporting tools, and helped design new scheduling systems—all contributing to a 97% CSI score and a 90% team retention rate in 2024. I’m passionate about developing team culture, using data to guide decisions, and rolling out company-wide initiatives that enhance the customer journey.
