About Kate Northrup

As an entrepreneur, bestselling author, and mother, Kate Northrup’s goal is to support ambitious women to light up the world without burning themselves out. Kate believes that when women heal their relationships with money they can step into their true power to feel the way they want to feel, live the way they want to live, and have a positive impact on the world. Through her own journey of breaking her unhealthy relationship with money by healing her nervous system, she unlocked a methodology that has helped thousands of women do the same through her top-rated podcast, Plenty, and programs. Kate holds a degree from Brown University where her undergraduate research addressed the question: Is it possible to be happy, make good money, and make the world a more beautiful place all at the same time? She’s trained in Neurosomatics, yoga, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and other evidence-based healing modalities that she weaves throughout her teaching. Kate has helped over students acquire more time and money so they can feel relaxed and abundant. She’s the author of the bestsellers Money: A Love Story and Do Less, the creator of the Do Less Planner. Her work has been featured by The NY Times, Oprah Daily, The Today Show, Glamour, Harvard Business Review, and more. She lives with her husband/business partner and their two daughters in Miami. You can find her podcast, Plenty, on Apple, Spotify, and https://katenorthrup.com/plenty/.
