Hello, I have had the opportunity to develop and implement training for staff as well as manage daily office functions. During my tenure with the Associated Bank, I've become an expert in multi-tasking, meeting all deadlines without an extension, being organized while managing multiple projects at a time, customer service, banking, employee management, all while meeting/exceeding expectations and maintaining a high level of satisfaction. My strong communication skills are evident when engaging with customers in person and through telephone calls or written correspondence, as well as my ability to build positive working relationships with others at all levels within an organization. I'm a team player who also works independently and is able to stay on track while maintaining relationships with other colleagues and customers.
