About Katerina Pronaki

I have worked in hospitality for a number of years and developed good writing skills both in Greek, English and German, especially in business and customer correspondence. My responsibilities as a secretary have included the organisation and management of the company secretariat, the coordination of different departments, the handling of associates and clients, and the delegation of duties. I have worked with hotel, TO and business managers and executives, as well as tourists. In addition, I have done copywriting and translation work on hotel descriptions and advertising material from and into English. My professional activity in translatiοn began in 1997 and has been ongoing intermittently until 2018 as a freelancer and regularly as a localiser and project manager in LTES Ltd ever since. I have gained great experience in a wide range of fields, such as Technology, Marketing, Website Localisation, Science and Health Care, and Fashion, while I am adept at using several CAT tools, such as Trados Studio, Memsource, Passolo, MemoQ etc. Experience has taught me how to prioritise, anticipate crises, solve problems, and maintain discretion. In addition, I have the ability to work well under pressure, both alone and as part of a team.
