I am a change management and business transformation partner focused on upgrading the employee experience through program development, talent assessments, and building the workforce of the future. I've partnered with executives in establishing new habits, knowledge, and skills for teams as small as 10 and large as 4,500. I am approachable, intelligent, a good listener, and, most notably, enthusiastic about getting stuff done. On the tactical level, I conduct job analysis, write your job descriptions, and build bespoke performance management programs that are practical and effective. I studied HR Law at UCLA Extension and graduated top of the class. I am a labor law nerd - seriously - my podcast feed has notifications from the NLRB General Counsel. I'm current on the legal aspects of HR federally and in California. As a premium member of the Cal Chamber, I have access to California labor law experts who answer my questions within the same day. I currently operate a boutique workplace consultancy firm where I work with small business owners to hire their first employees or guide them through their first termination. Most importantly, I develop effective performance management processes that release the best potential of managers and their direct reports. I write customized employee manuals and develop and publish human resource policies to support successful business outcomes. I believe in alignment, goal clarity, and clear communication.
